What Parents Want from Child Care
In this summer's feature, a recently released report by the National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) presents the results of fourteen parent focus groups conducted within seven cities across the country. These groups discussed what parents consider when looking for child care, what they expect and want from child care, and what barriers they face in accessing high-quality care.
